Gutter Cleaning — from £80
Gutters and downpipes cleared and checked before we leave. A blocked gutter overflows quietly for months before the first damp patch appears on an inside wall — by then it’s already cost you something.
How we do it
Ground-level vacuum clearance. A pole-mounted vacuum head lifts leaf, silt and moss straight out of the gutter run into a collection unit, with nothing leaning against your fascia and nobody standing on your roofline. It works on properties up to three storeys.
Cleared and checked
The full gutter run, downpipe tops checked and cleared, debris taken away. If we find a cracked joint, a sagging bracket or a downpipe blocked below the accessible section, we’ll tell you. We won’t quietly patch it and we won’t invent a problem.
How often
Twice a year for anything with mature trees nearby. Once a year is enough elsewhere. Autumn is the priority visit; late spring catches the seed and blossom drop.

From £80 for a standard property. Booked alongside a window clean, it’s done in the same visit.
